Market research, a financial model, and support in preparing the Kalevala Brno project for a future investor. Based on an analysis of the rental housing market, we prepared the initial brief for the architectural design and the project’s financial evaluation. The objective was to define optimal development parameters and provide a robust basis for the subsequent sale of the project.
