Our team is made up of specialists with more than twenty years of experience in development, real estate, and property management. Drawing on extensive practice across both the Czech and international markets, we deliver professional support, deep expertise, and maximum added value at every stage of our clients’ investment plans.
In 2024, BTR Group entered into a strategic partnership with the established London-based firm SAY Property. This key alliance connects the expertise of both companies across European markets and enables the sharing of valuable experience in rental housing. Our joint ambition is to deliver best-in-class service to international clients and investors, while actively identifying new investment opportunities on a global scale.
Through this collaboration, we strengthen our ability to provide innovative and sustainable solutions that reflect current trends and market needs. The partnership with SAY Property also expands our international footprint and further reinforces BTR Group’s position as a leading specialist in the rental housing sector.

The Story of BTR Group
The story of BTR Group (Build-to-Rent) began when its founder and current Chief Executive Officer, Zuzana Chudoba, decided to take her own path following a major strategic shift at the international developer YIT. By agreement with the company’s leadership, she established an independent firm, transferring the clients and investors she had long supported within YIT’s rental division. Key members of her former team joined her in building the new company.
Within a few years, BTR Group grew into a trusted partner with a broad portfolio of services—from pricing analyses and residential project preparation, through acquisitions, interior fit-out and lettings, to the management and long-term operation of rental residential buildings.
Our goal is to deliver comprehensive and precise services in rental housing, with a strong focus on quality, trust, and long-term relationships. We take an individual approach to every client and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
